St Mary’s University in London is a modern, specialist university of 6,000 students at our beautiful campus in South-West London. There is guaranteed university accommodation for new undergraduate students who apply before the summer deadline, and International or Sports Scholarships available. Many of our Bachelor's and Master's degrees include work placements so that students can gain valuable experience, and we also offer a paid placement year on many of our Business, Communications, Media and Humanities Bachelor's degrees. The university has excellent national and international transport links: the centre of London is 35 minutes away train, London Heathrow airport is 30 minutes away by bus, and London Gatwick airport is 60 minutes away by train. The campus is in Richmond-upon-Thames, one of the most popular, attractive and safe boroughs in London, with its parks, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars next to the river. Kingston-upon-Thames is also close by, where students can go for even more shopping and entertainment.
