Scholarships and grants

Europe Undergraduate Excellence Award
Scholarships for high-achieving students who live in Europe, covering £7,000 towards tuition fees in the first year of your degree course.
Application deadline: Friday 22 April 2022.

To apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • be domiciled in one of the European countries listed on our website
  • be classed as an 'overseas' student for tuition fee purposes
  • hold an offer to begin any full-time undergraduate degree programme at the University of Nottingham UK in September 2022

Europe Postgraduate Excellence Award
Tuition fee scholarship of £4,000 or £8,000 for high-achieving masters students who live in Europe, towards full-time masters tuition fees.
Application deadline: Friday 20 May 2022

To apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • be domiciled in one of the European countries listed on our website
  • be classed as an ‘overseas’ student for fee purposes
  • hold an offer to start a full-time masters (including MRes) in any subject area at the University of Nottingham UK in September or October 2022

International Sporting Excellence Award
Scholarships of £5,000 towards full-time tuition fees for international students at any study level with outstanding sports ability.

To apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • be of academy, national or international standard in any sport or show strong evidence of future outstanding potential
  • be classed as an 'overseas' student for fee purposes
  • hold an offer to start a full-time academic course in any subject area at the University of Nottingham UK in September 2022

Offering three sports scholarship packages (bronze, silver and gold) for students playing their sport a high level.
